Beethoven was an obsessive coffee fanatic.
He would count out exactly 60 coffee beans for every cup he made. Not 59. Not 61. Exactly 60.
I can barely count to 10 before my first cup of coffee, let alone count out 60 individual beans.
So he was clearly operating on a different level.
Maybe that's the secret to genius? Precisely measured caffeine?...

G'Day...
-1°/+1°C, gray, dark clouds overhead, tiny snowflakes getting swirled across the blacktop in little clouds...
It will intensify with more to come during the afternoon...
Far worse, are the weather guessers spreading panic by predicting up to 20cm/8" of that white stuff during the night...

getting ze GF worried enough to rather stay at her place, north in the city and closer to her workplace, whereas I'm in the southeast...
as long as there are sufficient coffee supplies at home...
commute was uneventful, might change tonight when roads are covered with sleet...
one might think residents of an alpine nation with skiing as 'national sport' should know how to drive in the winter... pfffff... right... about that...
Decades of dumbing down people, cutting drive training and license tests, paired with the 'alphabet-soup features' in vehicles, finally pay off...
And every year the winter appears sudden, out of nowhere, totally surprising the unprepared... especially municipal plow and gritter crews...
However, Thursday, the week is almost over...
