I bought this from the “ST whisperer of the Eastern US”…. that helpful voice on the other end of the red courtesy phone—-

Bought it from John, used but an excellent condition , last fall. We thought that this may be the source of my engine trouble—stumbling after it got good and hot after an hour of riding.
But the problem went away when I cleaned some corrosion on the ignition coils while I had the main fairings off so I never actually installed this canister.
I just picked it up from John in Roswell and kept it in my garage for a few months, and then my bike got totaled by a driver who ran a red light and crashed into me.
I see new ones are $300. eBay has a bunch of used ones for 50 bucks. I’ll sell this one for $50 plus the actual cost of shipping.
If you live within 100miles of Atlanta, Georgia I’ll ride out there and deliver it to you (on a nice day) and we can shake hands.
