No not Pan European. Looking for the actual ST1300 decal logo on the US models.
I tried a few online font identifiers and none were able to exactly match it.
New Times Roman, 12 point, double spaced.

Logos are often created by an artist with an objective, as @Willsmotorcycle said. My brother-in-law, a graphics artist once told me he designs logos w/o using a ready made font. Sometimes one fits, sometimes the font is made up for the company's name only. Honda might have done the same thing. You can approximate their font but might not match it exactly.
Another small point. There are hundreds of different fonts, books of them. Finding the exact match if there is one might take a graphic artist's library.

I've no doubt that these are custom designed typefaces even though many are obviously derivative of other typefaces.
