Hi Everyone,

do you know if you can buy (or is anyone selling a set) a replacement set of the straps and fastener that go inside the topbox pannier?
the plastic clips that act as the fastener have broken on mine so just want to know if I can buy a new set anywhere

thanks in advance.

Thanks mate, looks good. sadly though the bit that's damaged on mine is the stretchy strap that you secure over the contents of your top box to stop it rattling around and moving. the red plastic clips that clip together have broken :(

AFAIK is the 1300 TC build by Givi, thus their spares should fit...
Alternative: get a decent liner bag, eliminating the need of those rubber bands and increases the usable payload (means: items won't fall out anymore when opening the lid with the bike on the side-stand; the bag increases height of the side-walls, the zipped lid keeps everything securely inside)

A lot of camping supply stores sell replacement buckles. Cut off the old and put on a new. May have to do a bit of sewing. The clip shouldn;t be more then a buck or two.

On Amazon you can buy a dozen for $8, or just a pair for $2.59.

I second this. Many camping stores sell webbing/buckle straps already sewn. These are like Rok straps without the elastic. All you would have to do is cut them in half and sew each half to the existing webbing inside the box.

Get a new buckle with webbing and you can make your own straps to replace the broken stock ones. Good luck you can do this.
