Jackets Wanting to dye a riding jacket...

I have a grey jacket that has some blue detailing on it.

I want to dye that blue detail to black. Has anyone ever done anything like that?

I'm wondering if there is a certain dye or process to go through with a nylon garment. I certainly don't want it bleeding when I wash it.

Any advice would be great! Thanks. :)
 
You might want to check out Ritz material dye. Different materials will dye differently. Instructions are included in the box or package. Black will usually cover over any color so you shouldn't have a problem there. Once it is dyed it will not wash off as long as directions are followed.
