Good morning, your coffee is good to go!

And brown bread with slices of banana on top, a hard sell I know, but it’s good.

Been two busy days of nursing Mrs Stu while I’m taking care of Peter, he’s not been well enough for kindergarten, but his turbos are working fine.
Mrs Stu is better today….it’s the worst flu she ever had, she says.
I remember the same being said last year, but I choose to stay silent this time.

Weather is canookish, snow, freeze, snow, sleet, rain, then freeze again, or the other way around.
Today will be all about snow clearance.

Have a good one!
Stu

When it comes to coffee genetics matter...
Some people metabolize caffeine rather quick...
Others sip on a darn latte in the afternoon and see ghosts till 2 in the morning... :coffee:

G'Day...

-1°/6°C and mostly sunny today... ☀️
only a short joy though, as another cold front is rolling in, thus snow, sleet and rain are predicted for the rest of the week... 🌨️ yuck...

And brown bread with slices of banana on top, a hard sell I know, but it’s good.
Sprinkled with sugar and cinnamon? 🤔

home and office coffee to stabilize oil pressure and on-board voltage... :guages1: :coffee:

work bugs, but pays the bills... so...

made it through half of the week, enough reason to celebrate... 😎

Thanks Stu, the bread sounds good, but hold the bananas.
Went to sleep quite early, so woke up quite early. Body sez, "that'll do, now let's have coffee!"
Really liking the push button release on the trailer... one less key to fuss with on the keyring, and quicker to open and close. Kaiser doesn't know the difference, he just loves the riding part.
Old folks are leaving us all over the place... this week so far it's been Robert Duvall, Jesse Jackson and now George Barber.
The ADVrider article I posted yesterday about Mr. Barber also included a link to a Highside/Lowside podcast covering Revzilla's visit to the Barber Museum, and I thought I'd heard ALL their podcasts but somehow missed that one.
Don't know if it was Zach or Ari or Spurg who went, so I'll have to find that episode. The H/L podcast is one of the all-around best moto podcasts, along with Adventure Rider Radio.
Well alrighty, then.
No need to turn this into a novel, so I'll leave it with you guys and Patty.
Another fine riding day, with temps in the 70s.
Snowblower not required.

Morning all, and thanks Stu for the coffee. At least there's no rakfisk.

0C here currently, and dark. 1C and cloudy is later on.

Not much to do yet, other than there was a water leak at work over the weekend and I'll have to see what, if any, tech was damaged in the damaged spaces.

Hope everyone has a great day.

Obo

Good morning everyone

Thanks for the coffee and bread, Stu. Peter looks in fine form, full of life and mischief.

It's 36°f and cloudy in Rockville, where the snow pack in my front yard is down to about three inches. Cloudy skies and a high around 55 will continue the melting process today before the rain arrives tomorrow to linger through Friday. Good enough.

Brie will got to the vet kitty spa to have her claws clipped get a mani-pedi this morning. I've let them know that she's partial to bright red enamel with sparkles in it but I'm not sure they'll oblige.

Other than that brief errand, I've got nothing on the schedule for today.

Stay safe and well everyone and tell your dear ones you love them. Do it today, NOW, for tomorrow may be too late.

At least there's no rakfisk.
Surströmming would be the true Lucullan violation of the Geneva Convention...
Its banned to be transported by air and can get you evicted if opened within the perimeters of an apartment complex...

Good morning and thanks for the coffee start, Stu.
Hopefully, things can get back to normal at your house.

It's 31 and foggy in MA, rising to 40, later.
Possible snow, this evening.

I got to the gym and walked the neighbor's dog, yesterday.

Today , I've got an appointment to have my hearing aids checked out and updated at the VA.
Gym, later.

Enjoy your day,
Steve

Good morning!
63F, highs 80. Sunny and clear. Weather has been real nice for the past week and looks to continue (not really normal), yes its Florida but still.. it’s is Feb and my youngest daughters bday today.

I laughed at the.. went to sleep early, so got up early.. thought I was the only one, well yes, now I am. It’s sobering… Right up to that can of fish picture, man! Back to reality.

I am not going to admit this… is my most social effort, since well uknow, things change.

Thanks for the coffee, it does help!

Howdy all, and thanks for the coffee and sustenance, Stu. I'm glad to hear that both Peter and Mrs. Stu are on the mend. And speaking of bananas, I shall be transforming three of them into a loaf of banana bread today before they end up in the compost.

We have another very pretty, sunshiny day on the docket, and it's quite mild as well: -5°C/23°F with a feels-like of -11°C/12°F as I type, and -2°C/28°F that will feel like -6°C/21°F a little later on. I could happily live with these conditions and temps for the rest of the winter, but you can't pull the proverbial wool over the eyes of a savvy Canuck...it's only a tease. Mother Nature's "mid-term break."

Everybody have a good one, stay safe and go safely.

Patty

When i moved out of boston to colorado, i brought the fair weather with me. The last two winters have been scant here. So, its nice to sip my italian roast and look out the window while my mutt still snores.
My grand daughters went and go to this school!

Thanks Stu,my Wife will like the Banana Sandwich,me I need Coffee, take care of family. Weather 0 C Clouds but dry. Time to get coat on and open Gates to the Airport. G

G'mornin' from SoMD the office! Thanks for the tankard of joe, Stu! It was needed to get me through this morning's commute. Sitting at a gloomy 40F/4C with a chance of rain later today and more coming Thursday. At least the piles of snowcrete are are almost gone but some sun would be nice....

For some of us, coffee is mandatory.
As in, not an option.
I drink it for the safety of all those around me. *Hulk voice* You don't want to make me uncaffeinated!

Dull office day expected today. Yesterday was awful with me spending 4 hours commuting...4 hours of my life I won't get back. But lunchtime volleyball wasn't too bad. Today is jazz band rehearsal.

Trying to get the trim wood around the attic access put back correctly after the previously mentioned a/c techs had to yank it to get the new unit to fit through the hole. 8 years of staring at their haphazard, caulked-up poor Tetris job every time I step out of my bedroom I'd had enough. I'm not doing it right, but I'll certainly do it better. Got everything tacked back in place, just need to make minor adjustments, caulk, and paint. A trip to the hardware store is in order, or maybe Wallyworld.

I can smell this pic, but that does it too much justice. Hope everyone's day is better than this! Take care y'all!

Morning all! Mostly overcast though the sun is doing it's darnedest to break through the clouds. It's 2C (-1C with the "windchill") now, a high of 4C is predicted.

Working from home today, my wife has physio and a chariot is required. I could have gone in to the office on the bike but I get hinky riding in temps around 0C in a maritime environment. Sneaky darn black ice.

Hope everyone has a great day with or without a peel!
