Does anyone know of any decent riding boots that come in wide sizes? I have a size 12 EEE and it seems difficult to find any manufacturer that produces them.

Try the AlpineStar Web goretex boots. I just bought a pair in size12 and they seem to be very roomy for my wide feet.
I find with M/C gear you have to try it on before you buy due to the huge variation in size standards between manufacturers. I had to try on a lot of different boots before I found the ones that fit right.
I wear a 7 1/2 EE so run into problems of they don't make them that small or not wide enough. I sometimes need to settle for a size larger in standard D width. I was looking for a pair recently but wanted a lugged sole instead of the molded type that seems to be in the majority now. While shopping around I found Sidi had a model that caught my eye called the Sport Tepor (2006 model - lugged sole not 2005 model - molded sole). The local shop did not have my size but I found them at New Enough. I ordered them in 42 instead of 41 because they don't come in different widths. They were ordered on the 14th and they arrived on the 17th (last night). Well I understand that they are to new for a real evaluation but from the short time I wore them last night the fit seemed about right.
NewEnough.com has all their Oxtars on sale. IIRC, Oxtars are going to be handled by a new distributer who isn't going to carry as many models as the current one does. So buy soon if you want them.
And if really have elephant feet, and can't find anything off the shelf, Bates Leathers will custom make boots to fit your feet.
I would just add that those Oxtar Matrix boots are not only for wide-footed riders. The design of the velcro flaps allows for a fair amount of adjustment. My feet are narrow and the Oxtars that just arrived this past week from New Enough seem fit my feet well. They are stiff and will need some break in, but I think they'll work out fine.
