Zumo 660LM

I have 2 Zumo 660LM Satnav units and I am trying to update the maps with the current version that is in Basecamp. I am using Garmin Express to perform the update to the micro SD card (8gb). I have tried a minimum of 8 times with the download failing at different % complete. Anywhere from 20 something % to 60%.

Does anyone have a solution to upgrade the map files?

Problem solved. I have a Mac so I had to remove everything the was related to Garmin Express and reinstall. Had to remove everything relate to Garmin Express.See Link. Troubleshooting Failed Map Updates MAC.
