Sadlsor goes x-country on the GS Adventure

No, but this is what I did LAST year.
Was never supposed to be this long to go get it.
I still think it's a good deal, but that's because I am INTO offroad riding, and I'm always about challenging myself to be a better rider.
It's not everybody's bailiwick.

On my way back to the homeland of Florida today I decided to try something this thread brought to light.

"Welcome to Florida" he said.
"Have a tall cold free glass of fresh Florida orange or grapefruit juice" he said.
"Would you like a free map" he asked.

True story, happened today at I10 at the Pensacola welcome center and every other time I've stopped there over the last 6 years. So now I have the 2023 map to drool over....Just look at that tall FREE cold one...

Because people in the South know hospitality.
Florida may not be "southern", but it IS in the South.
And Florida has been welcoming travelers with orange juice, since before I was a kid.

They also dump truckloads of oranges for cattle to consume.

Why it can cost us $15 (or more) a gallon up here I'll never understand.

($7.29 for 2.6L)

. . . and the orange juice is the best tasting ever! I asked once what brand they served so I could buy it at the store and was informed it isn't for sale anywhere. It's provided to the state by the Orange Growers Assoc. and is the premium of the premium OJ. It may not be a "TALL cold one" but if you're nice they'll give you a second cup!

If you're heading to Florida, it's worth a stop.
