Looks like the Duluth lift bridge.
Not sure how the "tag" thread works. Need to read up, I guess. The "MN" title caught my eye.

Sorry to post without moving the tag.
I'd have gone and got it today if it were close but I don't have the time for a 3 hour (HINT!) round trip this week. However, still motorcycle commuting with no worries in January, nice!
I'm sure it will get bumped before I have time to grab it myself. Or maybe I'll just wait a bit and let the Happy Chef move closer to me.

p.s. Hope posting without a tag move is not a big problem or rule violation but the thread is pretty slow so I thought it would be OK. The xkcd entry for today was just too tempting to pass up.
