Sena 30K Audio Issue

The 20s, 30s and 50s use the same base - I have 20 EVOs and 30Ks.
Using the same base, I can hear my music (coming in via the cord to the base) fine on the 20 EVOs.
But I cannot hear it on my 30Ks - and this was not a problem before.
Any ideas?

Did you accidentally hit the ambient button on the bottom twice and now it's in that mode?

Just did a 'factory reset' and that didn't fix it on either of my 30Ks.
But I will give that a try.

DING, DING, DING, DING - WE HAVE A WINNER!
I hit the ambient button and she said "SAY A COMMAND".
When I said "STEREO MUSIC" the music started playing.
I guess the factory defaults must have it turned off or else not reset that setting.

I love that feature allowing some ouside noise/voices in so when I go into some place with my helmet and ear buds on I can hear someone talking.. I with it was a little louder but still a feature not on other headsets.
