You can see how many donuts you can spin in the car before ending up in the ditch.

Heard about some deviant weather up there in Iowa. I'm visiting family in Lafayette right now and don't mind missing that stuff. Though we did have significant rain last night and this morning causing the cancellation of the main event we came here for... Grandparents day at our granddaughter's school. 2 years ago we came for that and received an award for having traveled the farthest to come.

Rode down to Tuscaloosa to watch Kerry finish the Skill Eval for HD Riding Academy, after which he test rode a Pan American (he has a '13 GSA in his stable.)

He knows some twisty routes down that way, as he grew up in that area. We took backroads home.

Then I got more fuel. Non-ethanol.

When I got home, Kaiser reminded me not to go riding without him.

Good ride! How was the top of the world highway? I've only rode that one once maybe twice.
Did historic 80 past Tom Mix memorial, to Florence, 60 to superior, past the top of the world (they rebuilt the bridge) through Globe, down 79 to winkleman, through the mine pits, back to 60, back to Florence, then through Eloy, coolage, red rock, they raced a freight train all the way back to Tucson.
First long ride since my spine rebuild.
Feeling ok at the moment, but I’m sure tomorrow may be different.
