Had the 01 ST parked at the curbside in front of the house yesterday afternoon. Two covers on to keep the chill off. Winds picked up, twas stimulating weather, sunny, but blowing like a banshee.
Conducted 09 ST brake fluid change out back in the garage in spite of the shop manual pages flapping in the wind. Was dumping the old brake fluid into the recycling container and suddenly hear my wife out lunging the banshee winds.
"Your bike just fell over."

So the bike had rolled over and didn't stop until resting on throttle bar lock and rear bag. Probably a good thing the steering lock was engaged. Handle bar almost saved the mirror cover. Mirror cover, cha-ching, there goes another c note. Thanks Partzilla. Covers saved all else from pavement contact.
Got it righted easily with help of neighbor. Still 5'10" at 68 years.
That was a really power gust of wind to roll it off the side stand.
Bottom line, weather not to be taken for granted.
Super Blue Racing Dot 4 brake fluid looks really good in reservoir site glass window. Clutch to go.
