I laid my ST down on the right side, little to much foot dragging, oops. the brake petal got pushed up and pulled the bottom clip out of the master cylinder. I got it pushed back in place and got it to work for a while, now i have put new tires on and when i pushed the rear brake petal down to push the pads back in i lost pressure to the petal and the clip fell out again, no fluid is leaking. . Its like the spring is stuck up in the rmc. Is rebuilding or replacing this a pain, i do not have a repair manual, anybody got a extra one? and when replaced, will i need to bleed the whole brake system or just the rear?

an extra repair manual or an extra RMC?
if you need the manual, you can borrow mine-- are you close to Hobe Sound?

Since the brakes are linked, I'd think it best if you bleed the entire system. Sounds like that's a ways off though due to needing to figure out what's going on with the rear pedal and RMC first.
