300,000 On My ST1100

Today the odometer rolled up to 483,870 kms. Multiplied by the simple conversion factor of .62, that equals 300,000!

Well actually, it equals 299999.4 miles.

However, using the full conversion factor of 1 kilometer = 0.621371192 miles (according to the Google search engine), 300,000 miles actually occurs at 482,803 kms. Which is over 1000 kms less that what I just got to!

In any case, that's a lot of miles. Here is a photo of the odometer:
