Okay, with my local Honda Stealer copping out at fixing the ABS (They say I would have to be willing to put out $1,200 up front for them to even "Test" the module...

I'm looking at the different years and the part numbers and wondering if anyone has direct experience with the different part numbers.

The 03(02) thru 07 is: 38600-MCS-G01

The 08 through current is 38600-MCS-D91

So I was wondering if anyone knows the differences between the two and are they interchangeable?

My 2005 ECU is starting to fail and I just have the same question and still not sure about it, did you find out?
Thanks!

The ECU and ABS modules are different modules.

Any '03 to '07 ECU will work for your bike.

And the same for the ABS module. Any '03 to '07 will work for a ST1300 with ABS.

I fixed my ABS module on my 2010, by buying a '09 ST1300P ABS module. And with over 100K miles on the bike, I have needed the ABS, once.
