The VFR1200 will most likely have a gasbag riding it, what does it need an airbag for?
After reading TFA I actually think this might be a good idea. Better protection in one of the most occurring two-vehicle crash for motorcycles is a good thing to strive for.

It's all small stuff.
Patent sketches are usually a bit endowed, but Honda's look fairly well scaled. I'm on the fence about that air bag...it may be the safest design, but what about a tank bag on it??
