Came so close to center punching a Brown Bear today. Wife and I were coming back from Loon Lake, ca. on Wentworth Springs Rd, a bear crossed the road in front of us, the left side of the bike may have bumped its nose, yes that close. This is the second time ive encountered a near miss with a bear. Well we made it home safe, so it was a good ride.

A high school kid here in our county hit one about 1/2 mile from home. The bike went over, but luckily he kept it running and hopped back on before the bear could hurt him. It was not happy. After going to a mechanic's school in Mooresville that kid made a sidecar so he could take his dog along.
