Hi everyone, I know this question has probly been asked a hundred times, but have to ask again because I am new here. I am have alternator problems and want to replace it. I have taken the bike apart and all I have left is the swing arm. Not sure about the nut to get the pin out, do I have to buy a special tool or can I rent one. I have a 1995 ST1100 with the 28 amp alternator. Not sure where I can get another one or the 40 amp upgrade. Needs some advice.
