Tis a reminder for me , even tho climate here is dry/arid for the most part. Thanks ST1100Y!.
OH YES! And I got the performance award to prove it!!!So, can you make your 1100 fly yet?
Reminds me when I rode a CL350 from Atlanta to San Diego in 1972. I probably rode it a couple hundred miles sitting just like you are in that picture. I no longer have that same invincible attitude.
Still owning that gem? :wink:But, here I am rolling out after touching down at Lock Haven in 1973 on my '69 CB750.
Taking my time, it took me 5 1/2 days out... stayed in San Diego for a month, then took 4 days to get back.Gawd, how long did that trip take you Vinny?
Now that's a nice trip.Taking my time, it took me 5 1/2 days out... stayed in San Diego for a month, then took 4 days to get back.
CX were also nice mounts, Comstars and that (like the granddad of the ST...), but nice restored CB750/4s are an eye-catcher these days...Ha, don't I wish? Naw, i traded it for a 1978 CX500 and never looked back.
