Not really interested in the lights (unless they can be cleaned up and by some chance work) but anyone know what light/mount combination this looks like?

Looks like a Dick Sing copy of Ron Major's custom mounts for the PIAA 910. Super rare, well-engineered, and useful. Drop the 910s and add newfangled LEDs.

Could be either one.

Both are a rock solid foundation for under mirror lighting. Their only downside is the requirement to notch the underside of the mirror cover to clear it.

Yeah, it's a salvage. Unfortunately the guy salvaging it has been too busy to respond or something.
