Back on an ST...and it feels good!

Welcome back, glad you un-retired! Interesting color on your 1999... has it been painted? I thought 99s were black and that red is not a red I've seen on an ST11 before. Either way, nice looking ST!

Paul, my previous '99 ST1100 was black. My current '93 is stock red. ;-)

Know what you mean. 3 years ago I thought I was getting too old for my 2004 st1300. Last year I bought a fz09. I hated it! Two hip replacements later, I traded it on. 2010 st with 6000 miles on it.

I've been wanting a Honda ST since the 1100 came out. I've had a lot of bikes,including a 1500 Goldwing,that I really liked but needed to sell. Last summer I decided I'd waited long enough and I'm not getting any younger. I started looking at ST's. Even though I'd ridden a friends ST1300 and I liked it,my heart always wanted an 1100. I found a very clean one owner '98 1100 and bought it. I could not be happier with my purchase. I could have bought any bike I wanted,but I wanted an ST1100 and that's what I bought. I'm very happy with my 1100. It's everything I alway thought it would be.
