Badajoz Police Fleet

I am currently touring parts of Spain and Portugal (in the car). We were out this morning walking around the historic city of Badajoz, Spain, when we spied this bike operated by the local police force. First time I have seen a Versys in police livery. Not sure if it's a 650 or 1000. @ChucksKLRST may be able to identify.

That looks just like the 650 I have in the garage, minus the police livery. If my eye is keen enough, it seems like a Gen 2 version, though the bags don't look OEM.
