Bazzaz FI tuner?

I don't rember seeing any reports.
I think bazzaz were a one and done intro post here.

Yup it's on their site. Everyone is selling them... I just didn't know if anyone had tried one.

Power Commander made a unit for our bikes... it didn't work, they discontinued it.

These guys are actually pretty good - But I'm just wondering if this one actually can keep fooling our ECM for long.

Been looking at one of these for my Tiger. I believe it alters how long the injectors are open after the computer. I believe the oxygen sensor is bypassed too. Can't remember for sure. Therefore I don't think it is fooling anything, actually it is but should be permanent since the 02 sensor is not sending any info back to the computer. Might get rid of the throttle snatch too. If so it's worth it just for that. From what I have read most people prefer them over the Power Commander. One is high on my farkle wish list.

02 sensors are disconnected ... I had them send me the installation docs to look at.

They have dyno charts on their site. But who knows if they are legit.

Has anyone have a bazzaz fuel injection control module on there st1300

There's a real good on a Bazzaz fuel injection module. Does anyone have one on there st1300, and is it even worth trying.

They don't work on an ST1300. Save your money.

My bad. I confused it with wasted efforts on the Power Commander.

So Bazzaz has a tuner for the ST1300. Has anyone installed one?

Thanks.

I installed a Z-Fi on my 2003 ST1300 earlier this summer. Works great.
The unit is solidly built. The wiring harness is a work of art (if you've ever spent any time building a wire harness, you'll appreciate what it takes ;-)

In my experience, it definitely smoothes the off-to-on throttle transition twitchyness.
And that little stumble/hicup that you occasionally feel while cruising at hi-way speeds, under neutral throttle, as the ECM hunts for the optimal AFR (constantly flirting with the edge of the "too lean" cliff).... is all but gone.

I haven't done any top-speed runs, so can't really tell if there's much improvement in overall horse power. But, my butt-dyno says that mid-range torque/acceleration is slightly improved.
