Thanks for the explanation of how it works, @jfheath . I'm sure there is only of few of us who could explain it, straight from memory, before their first coffee.

My ST11 is a 2000, standard, so, no ABS and no linked braking system on mine. Still, I wanted to know how that system was working.
When I bleed my rear brakes, last year, I was thinking about that... do I need to bleed the linking line between front and rear ?
Finally, no, 'cause I have no linked brakes.
