By my eye those pads have a long way to go. The wear indicator is the small dark rectangle set in the friction pad against the backing plate, circled in yellow. Honda OEM pads have these. The indicator is 1 mm tall IIRC. Sometimes a set of pads will wear a little asymmetrical with the trailing edge of one and the leading edge of it's mate wearing a little more so I never let the visible indicators get all the way to the wear indicator because the trailing edge out of sight can be thinner than the leading edge but those pads have a lot of miles in them.

When you do decide to replace the pads, go with OEM (as per @Igofar's recommendations)

They OEM's are designed to the proper size and have the heat shield. Non OEM's are usually too thick and don't have the shield.

Yeah, I usually change out at about 1.5mm left. Which is when squealers usually touch down if you've got them

1689580319285.png16000 miles on one set of tyres ? I'd be on a 4th set by now ! That is very impressive.

Those rear pads have oodles of life left in them. For comparison. Brand new OEM front and rear pads from above. front pad is on the left, rear pad, slightly thicker, is on the right.

3Rd set of tires going on. Averaging 8,000 miles on a set is a little low but then this Honda's performance demands good tires.

Yours pads are not even half way worn yet.
I don't like wearing them down to the indicator wear mark, because when they get that thin, things start coming apart.
But you've got a lot of wear left on those.
I'd just clean the caliper housing, service the sliding pins, check the o-ring on the pad retaining pin, and clean everything up a bit, and keep an eye on them.

My pads all squeak a bit when the good layer is all gone and I hear it's time to change,

When you take those off send them my way please. I spends hundreds a year on brake pads now days.

Put the new (sneakers) Tires on. Kept the Brakes.
1/4" of rubber makes a huge difference.
Rides smooth at 30mph or 60 or 80 mph but has a slight head shake 40 to 55 mph? Leveled the forks where the axle slides, no binding. Carefull assembly of front wheel. Tighten axle, tighten pinch bolts one side, bounce tighten other side etc. ?
