is the bush tech hitches different from reg hitches, it's not a ball & coupling is it, can you make one of theses work on a piggy backer trailer???

Bushtec hitches are made and engineered for their trailers. Pin is welded on, height and structure to pull their trailer 350 max lbs.:rd13ug:
You would have to alter your trailer bar to match the design of the bushtec with the 180 swivel and special ball end hookup.:tools1:
Bushtec does have some hitches for other bikes that accept a standard ball but not on the st1300.
