I recently picked up a 1998 Bushtec Turbo 2 trailer for my 2012 ST1300.
And, purchased bike harness items from Bushtec. Using 6 pin connectors.
Working towards an Ozarks camping trip in May.

Using manual and chart posted in another forum I made connections.... but now....

When bike is on...trailer left/right yellow and left/right red are on.
When brake is not depressed both trailer red lights are on.
When I depress brake, both trailer red lights go off.
Blinkers flash correctly.

Bike harness Red to switched power, white to battery negative (through a Denali Powerhub 2)
I have connected the harness blue to bike green/yellow (brake).
I have connected the harness green to bike black/brown (tail).
I have connected the harness yellow to bike light blue (right turn).
I have connected the harness brown to bike orange (left turn).

Any guidance would be greatly appreciated

Not a trailer user, but it is recommended to run trailer lights through relays and not direct to bike wiring. I assume you followed Bushtecs Color code for their trailer wiring.

Usually Green is Right turn, yellow Left turn and Brown Tail lights.

I am sure others with this trailer will chime in and give you better info.

I am not sure what you mean by
Bike harness Red to switched power
What red wire are you referring to?
The yellow wire from the Powerhub2 is the switched tap.

Did you connect the trailer battery positive wires directly to the bike's wires, or do they go through the Powerhub2?

If the trailer wires are wired directly to the bike wiring, the Powerhub2 has no influence on the battery positive side of the trailer light circuits.
If they are wired directly to the bike wiring, your wiring is correct with the exception of the ground circuit.
The trailer white wire is the ground. It should be connected to a known constant battery negative on the bike.
You have routed the trailer white wire through the Powerhub2 and this does look like a ground problem. So the questions are;
- Is the Powerhub2 black wire connected to constant battery negative?
- Is it possible that you connected the trailer white wire to the Powerhub2 battery positive bus instead of the battery negative bus?

Disconnect the trailer white wire from the Powerhub2. Using a jumper wire, connect the trailer white wire directly to the battery negative terminal to provide a known good constant ground.
What happens?
