I really thing hard on a Car Tire for the back of my ST. I would like to buy a spare rim to put the CT on. What other bike rear rim is compatible with the ST1300?

Why not keep an eye out for another 1300 rim from a salvaged bike. I know at least one member here that has two rear rooms for this reason. One with ct and one with a mc tire. I am pretty sure he really hadn't gone back to the mc tire. They come up on ebay every now and then. The nice thing is that in a wreck many times the rear is fine and that is the one you want. Sure it would be nice if something like a Goldwing rim fit as they are easier to find with the trike conversations but that isn't the case.
