We've had some very strong winds here in KY lately. They do affect the bike, but I don't think they do as much as when I had a motorcycle tire on the rear. Perhaps the flat tread and the fact that it wants to track in a straight line more than a motorcycle tire is the reason.

Also, I've been riding the ST with a car tire exclusively for a week or so. After riding my other bikes with motorcycle tires on the rear, it takes a bit of getting used to when I get on the ST again.

We get some wind up here, and the CT sure seems more stable.

I was out Sunday with a 40 gust to 55 mph wind from the west going North then South and I was laid in to the wind a lot but felt stable. I got pushed with big gusts but other than that just a steady lean. Way better than last year with a M\C tire.
