You'd want at least a 32F bag just to be safe, or some type of equivalent covering. (like a Zenbivy quilt perhaps...) Roads are often still a mess of potholes, heaves, and lots of sand / grit / gravel left over from the snowy season. The grit is why I tend not to start riding until later. That and the black ice in the mornings.
