Yeah, no, not normally.

It can still get cold at night. You'd want at least a 32F bag just to be safe, or some type of equivalent covering. (like a Zenbivy quilt perhaps...)

Historical averages for April is 50F in day maxish to 30F at night. https://www.currentresults.com/Weather/Canada/New-Brunswick/temperature-april.php
Historical averages for May is 64F in the day maxish to 35F at night. https://www.currentresults.com/Weather/Canada/New-Brunswick/temperature-may.php
Even June sees around mid 40's to 50F at night.

Most folks here take vacation July & August for prime weather.

Depends on your gear and tolerances. Most campgrounds also don't open until mid to end of June when schools get out for the Summer.

April's also often a wet month. "April showers bring May flowers."

Roads are often still a mess of potholes, heaves, and lots of sand / grit / gravel left over from the snowy season.

The grit is why I tend not to start riding until later. That and the black ice in the mornings.

Early June is early enough unless you have great gear for camping . Check to see if camping sites are open if you do come this way early
