When I got my ST, the tip over bar on the left was bent, I replaced it with factory Honda part. Installed it, all good, but the bolt that holds the cover on, won't thread in, I think it has paint in it, but I don't want to force it. So I'm going to get a metric tap and clean the thread, does anyone know the size I need?

I never fit the screws. They nearly always rust up and removing them trying to maintain upward pressure on hammered-in slightly oversized torx heads is a pain. Cable ties through the same hole are all my sidepods ever see.

What horrid corrosive road conditions your bike must see.
