As an adjunct to my tub of goo program, I did something I've never done before: bought a diet cookbook. Man does this one have some great recipes! Chicken Picatta, a Pork Tenderloin stir fry that's to die for, several good seafood dishes, and some salads that are incredible.

We had a salad tonight that Maggie fixed that had mixed greens, Gorgonzola cheese, walnuts, sliced turkey breast, and a balsamic vinaigrette. Really, really tasty and surprisingly filing. None of the meals totalled more than 400 calories.

The Tenderloin stir fry I fixed last night had onions, green bell pepper, ginger, carrots, pork tenderloin, soy sauce and peanuts.

For those of you looking for a healthier diet that still has a lot of great tasting food this is one you might want to check out.
