FR 42, Chiricahua Nat Mon to Portal - Arizona Route Info Assistance Please

Anyone ridden this forest road? Im looking at passing thru early march. The magenta dash line.

- can a street bike Triumph Tiger 1050 make it thru?
I calculate about 9mi of dirt.

it appears to be mostly 5,000 ft and above, and crests around 7,600 ft, so early March could have snow/mud to contend with on a dirt road. So, a lot depends on the weather. I've never ridden that road, so can't answer as to whether its something your bike could handle even in good weather.

The ranger road lists it doesn't open till April sooo.... no go...
