I purchased a new generator for my Sister. I am prepping it before bringing it out to her. Included with it was an in-tank fuel stabilizing filter.
I had never seen or heard of this type of product before. I also have no idea if it has any effect at all, or if it is complete bunk. I am just passing it on in case anyone is interested.

If anyone does have any knowledge or experience with it, I'd be curious to hear your opinion.

I haven't seen these but a product is marketed in the UK, it just looks like a wee silver coin that you drop in the tank. It's claimed to keep the fuel system clean and efficient and apparently keeps everything from Merlin powered Spitfires to old minis running on cheap horrible E10.
It obviously claims to increase mpg ( in metric that's mpg), smooth running and improve your sex life.
I haven't tried one, but maybe I should.
