Givi top-box lid clear-coat bubbling and peeling

That's what is happening. I'll try to post pics soon.

The color seems to be intact, but the clear-coat is bubbling and peeling.

Can it be removed and reapplied without damaging the color?

Did you re-spray? Or is this the original factory finish?

It was already painted to match when I bought the bike; I don't know by whom.

Personally, I'd just strip it all down and re-spray.
