About 2 years ago I had lost 50 lbs and decided to get back into my Marine Corps ways and start running. Did about 2 miles. And then the pain started. Waited for the last 2 years for it to stop. It didn't. Went to the Doc in January, did 6 weeks of physical therapy (on the first day the therapist told me I had a torn meniscus), went back to the doc and got an MRI. What do you know, torn meniscus. Had surgery in May and still have pain when I first get up and start walking.
The only plus is the pictures from when he was inside my knee show zero arthritis.
