When I get the bags on I will post more pictures. Corbin said it would be 8 to 10 weeks for a set of color matched Fleetliner bags. Allways waiting for something.
Very nice project. I am sure your lady will enjoy it. I had to laugh when someone pointed out that the VRod was not considered to be a true Harley. HD purists crack me up. Still, that is what one can expect when engineering comes in behind brand loyalty. My friends (none of them Harley riders) used to joke that the 2000 Harley offered the best of 1980's technology.
The VRod is a nice power plant, but Harley can't begin to use it until 2015.

There's been a few "V-Glides" out there for a while now. Here's a pic of one that J&P Cycles has marketed for some time. Given the power of the V-Rod, the idea has always intrigued me.
