Has anyone retrofitted an abs ring onto a non abs rear wheel, st1300..??

I have access to a non abs rear wheel, and it looks like you just need to drill and tap the holes for the screws.... Anyone done that before?? Any input would be appreciated.

Get in touch with @technotony007 - I'm pretty sure that he did it and added ABS to a non ABS bike.

hi all , It's winter , and it's now time to convert the non abs 2002 st1300 to have ABS. I first have stripped the plastics, electrics, tank & airbox and had the front & rear sub frames powder coated. this the base I am starting from. i am trying to update this thread on a daily...

Somehwere around post 65. I remember he had issues arising from the pre-2008 brake setup and the post 2008 setup. They have different pulsar rings, but I think he found that the mounting holes were the same.

Thanks for all the info and responses. After a couple hours buried in the interwebs this morning....I have located a complete rear wheel with all the spacers and rotors and tone ring in FL. Came off a ST1300p. Should be here first of next week.
