Front sag with rider weight on the bike should come in 32 to 36mm and the rear 36 to 41. You still might have to adjust the spacer length in the forks despite the better ride at present. The stock suspension is so undersprung any improvements help but don’t stop at better. Without preload adjustable fork caps a few experiments with different length spacers is necessary to get it optimal.

Fronts come in exactly 33mm rear 40mm with adjuster at standard setting. and I have plenty of room to adjust rears either way - now for the opposing turn test.

How much is static sag of the shock (sag with no rider or cargo weight)? You would want this measured with the preload set that got 40 mm sag under load of rider and cargo.

I don't know what the opposing turn test is. What is it?

It would be counter steering test forgive this ol guy - the difference between no load and me sitting on it fully dressed I’ll get back to you
