ID this under-seat accessory bracket?

When I bought my ST1300, it had this bracket under the passenger seat. From looking at pictures online, I'm assuming this isn't stock. Anyone know where it came from? Ignore the power distribution block, that's just a Bussman that I installed by sticking it to the mystery bracket using industrial Velcro. Same with the relay and socket that's just floating around in an amateurish manner.

Looks pretty sturdy (is it?), I'm guessing a mount for a pillion backrest.

Hmmm, I'd bin the whole thing if it's of no use.
Pop some spare bulbs or Coors/JD in the space....

Looks like the Motorcycle Larry fuse box holder. I have one under my seat. The holes match up to the Centech, EB PC8 and I believe the fuse box that Curt made.

Nailed it, and thanks for details about what it was designed to accommodate. That will probably clear things up for a lot of people searching in the future.
