Well that's one cure for a hairy back.
*beer bellies may negatively impact air intake.
The fleece covered seat allows for long hours in the saddle.
True, but the limited fuel capacity doesn't.
People will build most anything. But for me that is a waste of a great engine. Plus it would be kind of scary.
You don't need fuel to sit on it going "Vroom vroom VROOOMMMM!" while admiring your handiwork.

I think you carry the fuel in a Camelbak bladder on your back. How could that go wrong?
