Looking for Riser Mount

OK I breezed through the threads on mounts and may have missed it, but I am looking for a mount that fits right in the middle of the cover plate for the riser. I have seen it before...you have to punch out the Honda symbol and the mount bracket fits right in its place. Anyone?
