I finally sold my 2003 ST 1300 and bought a BMW K1600GT. I enjoyed my ST over the years and still think its a great bike but it has fallen behind in technology and features. I love my new K1600. It has all the things Honda should have added to the ST and it has an incredible 160 hp engine. I've enjoyed this site and all the great folks here. I may still lurk on this site but I'll be spending more time on the BMW sites. Ride safe!

Congrats on the new wheels, Tony. Welcome to the ever-growing Former ST1300 BMW Riders Group! The K16 GT is a heck of a machine. Lots of power! I went in the other direction with a 2011 R1200RT for the lighter weight (much) and a tad less HP. My brief test ride on the K16 was eye-popping but too much for me at my advanced age. Sure wish Honda would come out with something to challenge the GT.

Enjoy!

Well, that'd be a dream bike for me. . . I ride what I can afford to buy parts for, namely my Honda. But if I ever came into some money. . . well, I could by all the half used Honda's. . .lol.
