Has anyone tried a commander II on the rear of a1300? They only have 2 options in 17 inch.
160/70/r17
200/55/r17

I don't think the 200 would fit but the 160 should.

I'm using a Bridgestone h50 right now. It's suppose to be comparable to the commander ( mileage wise). I have about 5k on it and has shown very little wear. Rode through the Tetons in a torrential rain storm and couldn't complain about the grip but did not have any "oh no"moments. ST1100 and am using 180/60/17 on the rear and a 130/70/18 on the front.

I have had a 160/70 Dunlop Elite on the rear and it will fit. Sorry cannot speak to the Michelin but I would like to try one.

I do the same thing on my FJR and it makes the speedo correct. Didn't help on the ST.
