This is the 'crankshaft hole cap' on the face of the engine under the radiator. Remove the cap (10mm Allen) and you will see the end of the crankshaft (17mm socket). Looking at the front of the engine, it rotates Counter Clockwise for the 1300

Since placing pieces of Irish Spring soap under the seat, at the side stand, and on the tire rims just above where the tire meets the ground, no problems. Plus, the bike smells good.

Taking care of mice at home is tough enough, depending on the surrounding environments and garage availability. But recently,, while planning this summers travels,,, I have been concerned about mouse protection for the road. Say you are staying at a cottage area,, or a campground,,, for a period of several days. This approach might travel well,, and be an effective deterrent for the mice,,, and, smell pretty good too. Sounds preferable to mothballs, for sure,,,,, cheers, CAt'

Friend a few streets over is now dealing with mice running around in his attic and his walls. Freaks him out listening to them run around when he is lying in bed. And he has a cat. Little buggers.
