Newbie...need help finding the carb sync screws

I am trying to sync the carbs on my 93 ST1100. I've had them off the bike to service the float needle valve in 2 of the carbs (see my other posts for my history). As I've looked at the carbs.. the only screws I can find that are (what I think) are idle adjustment screws. Does anyone have a pic (or a few) of what these screws look like?

Ok.. I have the carbs out and taken apart. I was wondering if those screws were the ones I need to adjust for the syncing...I didnt see any others.

While I have the carbs out, is there anything else I should be doing? I'm wating on some parts from back East (Float needle x2). See, originally the 2 carbs that I am focusing on were spewing out fuel all over the engine...I figured one of them probably had a stuck float needle valve, however I'm still unsure. I did find one of the carbs in question, with what seems like a sticky needle valve... just not clear.
