Oil Leak

I have a 2007 ST1300 with about 60K miles, been a good ride since I bought it a few years back, no problems until now. I have an oil leak, thought (hoped) it was a loose filter or drain plug washer, but it apparently is not. Is anybody aware of ST1300 being prone to oil leaks and if so where do I look? At this point I have done nothing but look under the bike, i.e. no plastic off or anything.

Any comment is appreciated.

What makes you think it’s an oil leak?
Where is the leak appearing?
Pictures?
You probably have a coolant leak that’s grimy and looking like oil.
