i think i need to make an adjustment to my cell phone input the volume is much lower than my old phone. How do i open the unit? there appears to be a screw hole under the label but i don't want to pull it off if all i have to do is pop the cover off.

If you wish to open the unit up, beware, you may void any warranty!
However, you remove the label and there are two screws to take out, maybe 4 on the new Autocoms, but you can then lift the top off and there you have the circuitry.

Thanks Mick, i was hoping i didn't have to peal the sticker off oh well but since i can bearely hear the cell i'll have to give it a try
If you are careful peeling the sticker off, it can be re-used.

before opening up your autocom you want to contact them first, as it may be a problem they are aware of and can advise you on what to do.
